End of Instance 0001
EOI: 11/18/19 10:07 PM, Noticed by technician at 12/1/19 11:03 AM
Time Inside: 3 days, 5 hours, 20 minutes
Cause of Instance Termination determined to be electrical shock. Errors in plumbing produced excessive standing water in basement. When subject Reid Rivers approached loose wiring and breaker box the standing water conducted amperage well above tolerable limit.
Seismic activity near The House seems to have interrupted the partition between Subject and wider populace. Subject has been contacted by a number of concerned parties. Chronospatial interference may possibly be a concern as indicated by the variety of responses, although the organization has not identified any potential for contamination.
Recommendation following the EoI:
The organization recommends the continuation of further instances. Maintenance is not recommended as it would require the scuttling of this particular Subject. Seismic activity has not produced sufficient damage to The House to require Maintenance at this point and no major contamination has been noted from outside parties. The House and Subject have both been reset, although the organization was not able to clear the email folders of Subject. Subject has been allowed to retain memories of sending and receiving communication up until time of EoI and all incoming and outgoing transmissions have been archived.
